Every year, the Charles Schwab Challenge awards one of the most unique and coveted trophies on the PGA TOUR alongside the Leonard Trophy and the iconic Scottish Royal Tartan Plaid jacket. For the 2026 tournament in Fort Worth, Texas (May 27 – 31), Charles Schwab chose to celebrate a pivotal milestone in financial history.
1982 was the landmark year Charles Schwab broke market-hour barriers, introducing the industry's first 24/7 order entry and quote service to give investors round-the-clock market access.
To honor that relentless spirit of 24/7 innovation, Vigilante was commissioned to build the ultimate '80s 4x4 icon—a vehicle engineered to handle any obstacle in its path, just like the champion conquering the course at Colonial.

This isn’t a mere restoration. It is a total reimagining. We discarded the original leaf-spring setup and spartan limits of the original CJ-8, transforming it into a high-performance open-air cruiser.

The Footwork: 17-inch Vigilante Signature wheels wrapped in rugged BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO3 tires.
Stopping Power: Massive Baer 6-piston forged calipers gripping 14-inch drilled and slotted rotors.
Modern Comforts: Concealed Vintage Air Gen IV climate control and a period-correct original Jeep radio converted discreetly with modern Bluetooth audio.
