Interior Restoration Process.

Every detail counts.

The original Full Size Jeeps (1964-91) came with a hand full of heritage and were rich in detail. We do not alter their identities, yet we always try to enhance them.

POWDER COATED SEAT FRAME

Seat brackets, rails and frames are taken down to the bare metal, inspected for wear then powder coated or zinc plated before getting rebuilt.

NEW SPRINGS

Seats springs get replaced to reset comfort and strength behind seat cushions.

NEW FOAM

Newly shaped foam is placed over the freshly rebuilt seat frame.

NEW MATERIALS (LEATHER, CHILEWICH, CARPET, CUMBERLAND CORD, ...)

A wide selection of materials are used during the process. We source leathers from prime vendors such as Moore & Giles, NOS Mopar fabric and cumberland cord. We do adventure in new materials such as Chilewich or german weave in accordance with clients taste and wishes.

NEW DOOR PANELS, HEADLINER BOARD

None of the original panels are reused.
We CNC cut new panels and for perfect fits and durability.
